How we work

Dollman Ralston is a well-established building and renovation company.  As well as private client work, which includes high-net-worth individual property renovations and developments, we work as a main contractor on large commercial developments, office refurbishments, historical building renovations and restorations, demolitions and new building projects. 

Shaftesbury Capital plc and Workspace are two of our main partners with ongoing commitments.  These larger companies choose to work with us as we comply with the highest standards in the building trade, including following Considerate Constructor guidelines.  Time is taken to ensure we have good waste management, our sites are kept clean and tidy, we maintain a respectful working environment and more than 90% of materials from our sites are recycled. 

Everything sourced directly by Dollman Ralston meets UK standards of sustainability and we follow construction industry developments, regularly recommending cleaner, innovative products to our clients where possible.

Our strong project management skills allow us to work flexibly with clients.  We are transparent on costs and timeframes, allowing us to have good working relationships both on and off-site, resulting in delivering what our clients want, on time and on brief, to the highest of standards.
